Thank you to everyone who was involved with the working bee on Saturday. The gardens look fantastic and was a tremendous effort by everyone involved. If you would like to be part of the regular gardening team, please contact the church office (office@stbarts.com.au or 4636 2922).

Working Bee - July 28

On Saturday July 28 from 8.00AM-12.00PM, there will be a working bee to make our grounds as welcoming as possible. Any help will be gladly appreciated but if you could help with a light morning tea and lunch, that would be a fantastic blessing. If you can help out in any way please contact the office.

Baptism Sunday

Baptism Sunday

On Sunday April 15, we will be celebrating 80 years since the very first commissioning of the original St Bart’s, Toowoomba. Whilst the building looked very different back then, seating less than 20 people, our passion for Jesus and growing in relationship with God (known as a ‘house of prayer’) has not changed. Many faithful disciples have gone before us, and now we continue to seek to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ for God’s Glory. To celebrate this milestone, we’ll be doing three things: We'll be: 1) Having a celebration time after our morning services. 2) Thinking about what it means to be the ‘True Church’ as we finish our John series. 3) Marking the occasion as a ‘baptism Sunday’. We thought there would be no better way to mark 80 years, then to invite adults in our congregation - who have never been baptised - to do so on Sunday April 15 across our three Sunday services. If you're interested in learning more about baptism, please complete the form below.

Farewell to Ross and Su Ford

This morning at our 7.30AM Service, we said goodbye and prayed for Ross and Su Ford as they embark upon a new chapter, moving to Tasmania. Ross and Su have been involved with St Bart's for a long time, Ross serving as a Parish Council member, Warden, and Nominator. Please pray for safety as they drive to Tasmania, good health, and that they will find a great church in Tasmania to worship and serve God. Please also give great thanks to God for the privilege of the season that we shared and that we continue to be brothers and sisters in Christ.

Welcome to Toowoomba Meal (Saturday, November 4, 5.30-7.30PM)

I'm very excited that on Saturday November 4, we are partnering with the Welcome Dinner Project to host a Welcome Dinner for members of the Syrian and Iraqi communities in Toowoomba. The dinner is designed to assist established Australians (people who were born or have lived in Australia more than 10 years) to meet and make friends with newly arrived Australians (people who have lived in Australia less than 10 years).
